The first water test of the new Turbodrive 240 H.C.T.

The first unit of the new Turbodrive 240 H.C.T. has been installed on a Jet Tender 21 and tested first in the Company water basin, to check and register the bollard pulls and then in open waters. The results confirm the expectations and the preliminary calculations carried out with many CFD simulations.
The static and dynamic thrust are considerably increased, granting lightning-fast acceleration from zero, at all intermediate speeds and a higher top speed even under full load conditions.
The new steering nozzle, redesigned to ensure smoother steering and higher efficiency when turning, assures an extremely natural and pleasant ride.
